baa99 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. This may require a national identity card, passport, driving licence or other government-issued documents. Withdrawal processing may be placed on hold until verification is complete.
3.3 Account Inactivity
If an account remains continuously inactive for 12 months, the Company may mark that account as inactive and take the necessary steps with prior notice.

Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To receive this bonus, the first deposit must be ৳300 or more. The welcome bonus is applicable only once and is credited directly to new accounts with no prior transactions.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw bonus funds, a wagering turnover of 10 times the total bonus amount must be completed. For example, a ৳10,000 bonus requires a betting turnover of ৳100,000. 5.3 VIP Program Cashback
The baa99 VIP program has five tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
